What is a Tech Day?
It’s a dedicated 3-hour execution window to wire your simple automations, fix your tech headaches, clear your "To-Do" list and get your business flowing again.
Tech Day Menu:
Growth & Automation
Lead Capture: Wire your website forms to your CRM.
Client Flow: Automate onboarding emails, lead magnets, and review requests.
App Syncing: Connect your tools (Zapier/direct) so they finally talk to each other.
Security & Deliverability
Inbox Authority: Set up DKIM/DMARC/SPF to stay out of the spam folder.
The Vault: Password manager setup, 2FA, and admin access cleanup.
Compliance: Domain SSL fixes and connect basic privacy/policy site updates.
Digital Housekeeping
Cloud Cleanup: Organize Cloud Drives so you can find files easier.
Inbox Reset: Triage your email and calendar issues.
Professional Polish: Standardized email signatures and brand-aligned icons
Performance & Savings
Vampire Audit: Identify unused or unnecessary subscriptions to put money back in your pocket.
Device Tune-up: Clean your browser and computer "bloat" to make them feel new again.
Hardware Handshakes: Syncing printers, scanners, and new device onboarding.
Brand & Identity
Branding Guides: Finalize and document your brand colors, fonts, and usage rules.
Logo & Assets: Organizing, resizing, and optimizing logo versions for web, print, and social.
Professional Polish: Standardized email signatures, custom browser icons (favicons), and branded templates.
…and more
If you’re stuck between these options, the best way to find your path is to take our Free Audit.
How it works: You answer a few questions about your current business and tech setup.
The Result: The audit uses logic to instantly recommend the exact service, whether it's the workbook, the cohort, or the partnership, that aligns with your goals.
This ensures you aren't guessing and that we are working on exactly what will move the needle for you.
What Isn’t a Fit for a Tech Day
Not Sure Which One You Need?
Building a Brand or Business from the Ground Up: If you are just starting out and need a complete plan and set of tools, our Digital Workbook is your best starting point. It provides the step-by-step logic you need to build your own foundation.
Full Website or System Overhauls: Projects like building a full website, setting up complex automation flows, or deep brand design from scratch require more than a 3-hour sprint. These are handled in our 8-Week Guided Group Cohort, where we walk through the build together.
Ongoing Strategic Management: If you need a permanent partner to sit at the table and manage your entire technical operations monthly, our vCTO Partnership (Retainer) is the right move. This is for established businesses needing ongoing, oversight.
Major Data Migrations: Moving years of data between systems is unpredictable and often uncovers hidden issues that can’t be resolved in a single session. This level of care is handled through our vCTO Partnership, where we manage your technical ecosystem monthly.
Custom Software Development: We specialize in making existing tools work for you, rather than writing custom code or building new software from scratch.
Waiting on Third-Party Support: If a fix requires us to sit on hold with a software vendor or wait days for their email support, it’s not a good fit for a focused execution window. Our vCTO Partnership clients enjoy having us take these "waiting games" off their plate entirely.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
We need you for the first 30–60 minutes on a Google Meet. This is our kickoff where we gather access, clarify your priorities, and make sure we have the "keys" to everything we’re fixing. After that, you’re free to go about your day. We just ask that you stay reachable by phone or chat in case we hit a snag or need a verification code sent to your phone.
-
The menu covers the most common headaches, but it’s not exhaustive. If you have a specific "broken link" or a tool that won't talk to another, it likely fits. The best way to be sure is to take our Audit tally.so/r/MeaJPA , first. It’ll tell you instantly if your project is a 3-hour fix or if it needs a different level of support.
-
Three hours is a high speed execution window. Our goal is to hand you a simplified, functional solution before we hop off. If we run into a major technical roadblock that requires more time, we won’t leave you hanging. We’ll provide a clear progress update and a roadmap for exactly what needs to happen next to get it across the finish line.
-
If we knock out your primary goal ahead of schedule, we don’t stop. We’ll move right down your "secondary" list, whether that’s auditing your subscriptions to save you money, cleaning up your cloud storage, or standardizing your professional email signature.
-
Absolutely. If you have a list of several automations or cleanup tasks, you can book consecutive Fridays to get your entire backend standardized and secure.
-
Yes. We want to make it easy to get your tech fixed without the stress. You can select Affirm or Klarna options to split your investment into smaller, manageable payments.
-
Because we only set aside 2 slots per Friday, these sessions are non-refundable. However, if something comes up, you can reschedule your session as long as you give us at least 48 hours' notice.
-
To make sure we actually get things "Done-Done," we focus on one primary business flow per session. Trying to jump between two different brands or systems usually leads to "tangled" tech. We recommend booking a separate Friday for your second business so we can give it our full attention.
-
Absolutely. We use professional-grade security protocols. For systems like Google Workspace, we’ll use a remote session where you can watch exactly what we’re doing. For other tools, we use temporary admin access that you can revoke the second we’re done. Your security is our priority.
-
We handle website "plumbing", fixing broken links, adding forms, or updating small changes, but we don't build full sites from scratch in a 3-hour window. If you need a full build grab our Digital Workbook or join our 8-week Group Cohort is the perfect place for that.
True Experts,
Real Fixes.
We recently helped a client avoid a costly new hire by simply re-configuring their existing Google Workspace. We don't just install, we look for the smartest, most secure way to make your current tools work harder for you.
