Website Requests are made through our ticketing system and rates begin at $75 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.

Support Services Include:

  • We offer one time support services or monthly subscriptions.

  • We provide Tier 1 technical assistance for business application issues and facilitate Tier 2/3 support with application vendors.

  • Act as the initial point of contact for all business system technical related issues.

  • Technical assistance with business application issues is provided electronically or via phone.

  • We will triage and formulate a plan to get your business application issue resolved.

Types of issues we assist with:

  • Perform software installations/implementations, configurations and updates.

  • Provide introductory on-line & classroom (COVID restrictions apply) training.

  • Troubleshoot payment processing systems, business scheduling systems, Google workspace applications, business email marketing applications and other business applications.

  • Canva Website Templates designed by 22nd and Tech.

*Support services are billed at an hourly rate with 2hr minimum or Monthly Plans.

**Once payment has been made, support tickets must be submitted via the support portal . Once your ticket is submitted, a support specialist will be assigned to your ticket and will contact you with 24 hours.
